Leif Farquharson is a Counsel and Attorney-at-Law. He is presently a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group at the law firm of Graham Thompson in Nassau, Bahamas. Prior to this, he held a senior position in the Office of the Attorney General. He is an experienced litigator and has appeared in matters in the banking and finance, real estate and insurance sectors. His practice includes contentious civil and commercial disputes of a wide variety. He also regularly advises clients on legal issues within his areas of expertise. He is a former recipient of a Chevening Scholarship, awarded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He also serves as a member of the Supreme Court Rules Committee.
