Mr. Dominic Laing, born on May 2nd, 1987, is a distinguished individual with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida. Embarking on a remarkable professional journey in the banking sector, his expertise in information technology and cash processing spans an impressive fourteen-year tenure.
This extensive career has not only honed his skills but also provided him with invaluable opportunities to work and traverse through various Caribbean nations, including Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Turks and Caicos, and Trinidad and Tobago.
From an early age, Mr. Laing fostered an unwavering passion for sports, participating in a diverse range of disciplines including basketball, swimming, soccer, martial arts, and track and field. In 2018, seizing an opportune moment, he joined the esteemed ranks of the B.A.D.C. team, initially as a chaperone, and swiftly ascended to the esteemed position of a Certified International Doping Control Officer. His leadership has been pivotal in orchestrating numerous international and local events in his capacity as the Lead D.C.O.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Laing holds a coveted license as a boat captain, indulging in the serene pursuit of island hopping and relishing moments on the water. His dedication extends beyond professional realms, as he is an earnest and devoted father to a vibrant, sports-loving daughter.
Furthermore, Mr. Laing is an esteemed member of the Bahamas Alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., a testament to his commitment to community and fraternal bonds.
