Lael believes that life should be the canvas on which we paint our reason for living and positively affecting those around us each day.
At BADC, she manages and facilitates all office functions, assists with the educational programme, plans educational talks with athletes, coaches and parents; and assists with local sporting events. Her love for Sports runs deep and she holds the integrity of sports in high regard, thus she feels it is a tremendous honour to be a part of this organization that strives to educate our athletes and keeps our country in good athletic standing globally.
In addition to Sports, Lael is a proud wife of eight years to a former national athlete and mother to two intelligent and energetic boys. She is an avid reader of novels and materials of Pan African consciousness and racial issues especially in the United States of America; where she travels frequently.
A personal maxim that Lael keeps close is, “Create your own destiny.”
